“RUN AND DUNK”
January 1, 2012 Old Silver Beach, North Falmouth, MA
Run: 3 or 5 miles** @ 12 Noonish***
Swim: 1 pm
To Benefit: Cape Cod Center for Women
This is a purely fun run. No prizes (except that exhilarating frozen feeling)
** Not everyone runs 5 miles; a 3 mile loop is available.
Not everyone dunks, either (fools)**
***Instead of all starting together, we try to time it so that
all finish and dunk together.***
